Terms and Conditions
Images and Graphics. The client should provide print ready images. Client's should avoid pictures and graphics from the internet, a screenshot, or a picture of a picture as they tend to be low resolution, typically 72 dpi or 96 dpi, when enlarged they will appear pixilated and/or blurry. Photos and graphics with the resolution of 300+ dpi should be emailed to hello@spprintworks.com. If the client has a physical picture, do not take a photo of the picture, scan the image first, then email it.

Image Enhancement. Before starting any project, we notify the client if the image has low resolution. There is an additional fee of $35 per image to convert to a higher resolution. Please note, we cannot offer any guarantees if the image is severely pixilated.
Turn-around Time. Many projects generally take up to two weeks. The average time for production is 5-7 business days and mailing can take up to an additional 5 business days, not including holidays. Once payment is received and all necessary images are received (if the client is providing images) we will start the project, the client will be notified of the date they’ll receive a Proof.
Payments. Once the quote is accepted and the terms and conditions acknowledged an invoice will be sent for full payment. We accept payments via Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo using 323-880-8311, we also accept debit and credit cards.

Short Notice or Rush Fee. We prefer to take our time and get it right, however, if a project is needed in less than 10 business days there is a fee of 50% the original quote.
Proof. A Proof (or mockup) of the project will be emailed to the client prior to going to print to ensure we have setup the job accurately. It’s important that the client reviews it carefully. Once the proof is approved the project is ready to print. There are no refunds.
Tax. CA State Tax is applied on all purchased, personalized and custom orders. Items shipped outside of CA is taxed based on the delivery state.

Shipping. Shipping costs are added separately. Ground shipping takes up to 5 business days for delivery depending on your location (excluding holidays).

Usage. By engaging with our services, the client agrees that the images/products we create to be used on our website and social media for marketing purposes. We value our client's privacy and will not use our client's name. If the client do not give consent to usages of their images they are to let us know in writing.
Acknowledgement. By placing an order, the client agrees to the terms and conditions stated above.
